This includes a pre-session survey to measure attitudes and knowledge of participants, and gauge current workplace culture.
Promotion and Recruitment
We help you determine who on your team should be part of The Spark Strategy, and support you with promotional materials for the session.
Communications Strategy
Media availability and messaging support, including crisis communications advice if required, by Bailey and JR.
Facilitated Sessions
Twelve hours of intensive workshops facilitated by JR and Bailey, leading experts in GBV prevention.
Metrics and Reporting
Post-session survey to measure participant satisfaction, gained knowledge, and skills. We also provide a final report identifying the legacy initiatives co-created by your team.
Continuing Support
Quarterly or semi-annual check in sessions with The Spark Strategy to continue engagement and transformation.
